Email Participants

As a project leader for Give this Christmas away, you should have received an invite from SignUpGenius.com to have View Administration rights.  If you don't already, you'll need to register for a free SignUpGenius account.  If you didn't receive an invite, please text Chris Jordan at 614.582.0657 or you can email here.

How to Message your volunteers

Select Messages on the left side of the screen.

Select Compose and then the radio button marked Email people participating in a sign up

An editor window will now open.  

Click on Select Sign Ups

A popup window will open asking to select Sign Up Links.

Select the top radio button and then select only your group, then OK

Now you're back to the Email People Participating in a Sign Up.

Be sure to change the From to show your name,

Subject:
Message:
Preview & Send
